Terms of Service

By creating an account with Moment, you agree to these terms of service.

Who can use Moment

You must be at least 13 to use Moment. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what happens on it. Use your own phone number and keep access to it secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Settings > Delete account.

Your content

You own the photos, comments, and other content you post. You give Moment a license to store, process, and show that content to the people you share it with, only to run the app.

Only post photos you have the right to share, of people who were there with you.

Content and conduct

Moment has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or send:

• Harassment, bullying, or abuse
• Hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are
• Sexual content involving minors
• Nudity or sexual content
• Violence, threats, or content that promotes self-harm
• Illegal activity
• Impersonation of another person
• Spam or scams

We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or remove accounts without notice.

Reporting and blocking

To report a Moment or account, use the three-dot menu on the Moment or the profile. To report a comment or block its author, long-press the comment. To block someone, you can also use the same three-dot menus. You can also email us with the subject "Report".

We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. That can include removing content and removing the account that posted it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Moment and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put other people at risk.

Disclaimers

Moment is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Moment is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content other users post.

Changes and contact

We update the date on this page when the terms change. If you keep using Moment after a change, you accept the updated terms.
